These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://hairiscurly.com/ and its content, features, forms, accounts, product pages, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated under the name Hair Is Curly (“Hair Is Curly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or submit content through the Site. A younger visitor may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

4. What Hair Is Curly Provides

Hair Is Curly publishes editorial content about hair care, scalp care, skin care, beauty, hairstyles, product reviews, and related wellness topics. The Site may also display product information, advertisements, affiliate links, retailer links, comments, forms, and account tools.

Content may be written, reviewed, or contributed to by hairstylists, dermatologists, trichologists, dietitians, beauty creators, editors, or other contributors whose role is identified on the relevant page. Contributor credentials help explain the perspective behind an article. They do not turn the Site into a clinic, salon, pharmacy, or personal consultation service.

5. Health, Beauty, and Wellness Information

The Site provides general educational information. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or an individual consultation with a qualified professional.

Using the Site does not create a doctor-patient, dermatologist-patient, trichologist-client, dietitian-client, stylist-client, or other professional relationship. A contributor’s professional title does not mean that contributor has examined you or knows your medical history.

Hair, scalp, skin, nutrition, and supplement concerns can have different causes. Products and routines may also affect people differently. Speak with an appropriate licensed professional before starting, stopping, or changing treatment, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or experiencing pain, bleeding, swelling, infection, sudden hair loss, a severe reaction, or another persistent concern.

6. Product Reviews and Editorial Content

We aim to make reviews and recommendations clear, useful, and honest. Depending on the article, an evaluation may draw from first-hand product use, contributor experience, ingredient and label research, official product information, reputable published sources, documented customer feedback, or a combination of these. When a product has not been personally tested, the article should not present it as a personal test.

Editorial opinions belong to the named author or Hair Is Curly editorial team. They are not guarantees that a product will suit every reader. Hair texture, porosity, density, scalp condition, sensitivities, climate, technique, and the rest of a routine can all affect results.

Brands may change formulas, packaging, claims, sizes, prices, and availability without notifying us. We may correct or update content, but we do not promise that every page will always reflect the latest version of a product.

7. Affiliate Links, Sponsorships, and Advertising

Some pages may contain affiliate links. If you follow one of those links and make a qualifying purchase, Hair Is Curly may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not increase the price set by the retailer.

Prices shown on Hair Is Curly are informational and may change before our page is updated. Always confirm the final product, size, seller, currency, price, delivery terms, and return policy on the checkout page before purchasing.

9. Accounts and Account Security

Some Site features may allow you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and protect your login details. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not submit fake reviews, impersonate another person, publish private or sensitive information, make unsupported medical claims, or post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, obscene, defamatory, promotional spam, or harmful.

You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting it to the Site, you give Hair Is Curly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably needed to operate, moderate, promote, and improve the Site. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for backups, legal records, and material already lawfully shared.

We may review, edit, refuse, or remove User Content, but we are not required to monitor every submission. Publication does not mean that Hair Is Curly agrees with or verifies the submission.

“Hair Is Curly,” the Site logo, and related branding may not be used in a way that creates confusion about source, sponsorship, or endorsement.

14. Third-Party Websites, Services, and Content

Links are provided for convenience or reference. They do not automatically mean that we control, endorse, or guarantee the third party.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and expenses incurred by Hair Is Curly because of your unlawful use of the Site, your material breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by Hair Is Curly’s own unlawful conduct.

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may restrict or terminate access to an account or feature when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, fraud or security risk is present, the law requires it, or continuing access could harm the Site or another person.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions about intellectual property, User Content licenses, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes, will remain effective.

Hair Is Curly is accessible from different countries. We do not represent that every feature, product, or statement is appropriate, lawful, or available everywhere. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your use of the Site and for checking whether a product may lawfully be purchased, imported, or used where you live.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections available in your country or region remain unaffected.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at contact@hairiscurly.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern. If it cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

22. General Terms

If a court finds one part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver of that provision. We may assign these Terms as part of a reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Site; you may not assign your obligations without our written permission.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy specifically incorporated into them, form the entire agreement between you and Hair Is Curly concerning use of the Site. More specific terms shown for a feature, promotion, or purchase will control if they conflict with these general Terms.
