Our Return Policy at a Glance
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If a product isn’t right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no hassle, no complicated process.
What You Can Return
- Unopened products in their original packaging, full refund
- Opened products you’ve tried but didn’t work for you, full refund (we mean it, we’d rather you try the product honestly than worry about returning it)
- Damaged or defective items, full refund or free replacement, your choice
What We Can’t Accept
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
- Products that have been deliberately misused
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email us at contact@hairiscurly.com with your order number and the product you’d like to return. Let us know the reason, it helps us improve.
Step 2: We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with a return shipping label and instructions. For damaged or defective items, we may ask for a quick photo so we can flag the issue with our quality team.
Step 3: Pack the product securely and ship it using the label we provide. We recommend keeping your tracking number.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
If you paid with a discount code or promotional offer, the refund reflects the actual amount charged, not the full retail price.
Exchanges
Want a different product instead of a refund? We’re happy to do exchanges. Just mention it in your return email and tell us what you’d like instead. If there’s a price difference, we’ll adjust accordingly.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, that’s on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll ship the correct item immediately at no cost to you, no need to return the damaged one.
